Terms and Conditions of Por Liz

Welcome to Por Liz. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Information

Premium Quality: Our perfumes are oil-based (Absolut) and crafted with high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients. They are designed for external use only.
Concentrated Formula: Due to their concentrated nature, perfumes should be applied in moderation. Avoid contact with irritated skin, open wounds, or mucous membranes.
Patch Test Recommended: It is the customer’s responsibility to perform a patch test before applying the product broadly.
Allergy Disclaimer: In the event of an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients prior to purchase.
Individual Results: Fragrance performance, including longevity and projection, varies based on individual body chemistry and environmental factors.
Storage Guidelines: Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality.

2. Purchasing and Payment

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Máster Card, Visa, Discover and American Express at the moment. All payments must be completed at checkout.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping Area: We currently ship exclusively within the United States via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate or Ground Advantage Shipping.
Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped every - Wednesdays. To qualify for Monday shipping, orders must be placed by 11:59 PM (EST) on Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following Monday.
Delivery Time: Typical delivery is 4-8 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or holidays.
Shipping Costs:Shipping fees are applied at checkout. These fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Por Liz is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or damaged packages, we care deeply about your experience and will always do our best to support you through the process.

If you are concerned about package security, please reach out before placing your order to explore options such as signature confirmation or insured shipping.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Final Sale Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging to facilitate resolution. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after confirming the issue.

5. Usage Guidelines and Customer Responsibility

Perform a patch test before regular use to avoid adverse reactions.
Use products as directed. Por Liz is not liable for improper use or application.
Keep products out of reach of children and pets.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Use at Your Own Risk: By purchasing and using our products, you agree to use them responsibly and at your own discretion.
No Performance Guarantees: Fragrance results vary based on individual factors, including body chemistry and environment. Por Liz makes no guarantees regarding specific results.
Liability Limitation: Por Liz is not liable for adverse reactions, including allergic responses, caused by improper use or failure to perform a patch test.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product descriptions, images, and logos, is the property of Por Liz and is protected under copyright law.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Amendments

Por Liz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
