Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Por Liz is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged (refering to the package) we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or damaged packages, we care deeply about your experience and will always do our best to support you through the process.
If you are concerned about package security, please reach out before placing your order to explore options such as signature confirmation or insured shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
